Suspicious activity at Wellington Court, Bryant Street this morning

Good Afternoon. 

There has been some suspicious activity at the base of wellington court at some point this morning (Thursday 28th August) (possibly the early hours). A vehicle has come and dumped several bin bags and other equipment into one of the industrial bins and then left the area. 

Any information that you could provide about the vehicle or individuals involved would be very helpful.
